I KNEW WHY I DO IT

BUT IT’S HARD TO COMPREHEND

WHY I DID IT;

UNTIL I KNEW WHY I DID IT,

WHEN IT REVEALED BY GRACE,

WHY I NEED TO DO IT.

- F. PANERIO

“I know a thing but I wonder; but when I wonder I knew and understand it.”

- F. PANERIO

Short Testimony:

There are times that I do something for I ought to know it already, as my heart feels the needs of others, as sense my responsibility. But suddenly I find out that I was doing things more than just my expectations. However, at that moment I don’t know such important things of it [essence].

And when I think that it never works out, yet such changes happen but hard to understand. I become bewildered, then openly receive and accept their judgment and was persecuted. All the blames was on me, then I feel that I am battered with their words, entertain with their honey praises.

Then at sometimes I learn not to give all ears and my hands even if for ordinary things. Though many times I refuse and to be silent always. But sometimes I found myself does the service I don’t like, then treasures the result later. While not receiving any simple appreciation, I found others use praise on it. As I also receive negative things around. However, I understand for I have nothing to boast about my service.

Being judge and hated, because of my positive criticism about the present atmosphere. While commented myself of doing things that many times I refuse, but yet still l do something of it. And I found out that transformation really not easy. And anyone who wants to change the some things around would be difficult. I know that the world wanted me of what I was before. The result my eyes have complications. Yet I am happy that still I can see things clear, not to mention about some effects. And still I am striving to live a new life again of what I ought to be.

Then it happened that I could not defend myself, and be thought like a fool. Only the things I know to do during this hard times is to wail…..

But by grace, it revealed…, when I found myself in the solitary place alone… And what I know is the most valued things of all times, on of those – SACRIFICE.

Worthy Workmen

By: F. Panerio

“Now we ask you, brothers, to respect those who work hard among you, who are over you in the Lord and who admonish you.”

1 Thessalonians 5:12

In these days, many had never been appreciated jovially and heartily of what others doing well. Such initiative was taken for granted & their efforts of service worth nothing in the other eyes and mind.

SRTAIGHT TALK:

Did it is true?

“In the dod-eat0dog atmosphere of today’s workplace, there tends to be far more criticism than affirmation.

And as the year’s draws to a close, we would do well to take a few minutes to reflect a few minutes to reflect on what our co- workers efforts have meant to us.”

FOUR QUALITIES IN ACCOUNTABILITY

Vulnerability – capable of being wounded, shown

to be wrong, even admitting it before being

confronted.

Teach ability – a willingness to learn, being quick

to hear and respond to reproof, being open

to counsel.

Availability – accessible, touchable, able to be

interrupted.

Honesty – committed to the truth regardless of how

much it hurts, a willingness to admit the

truth no matter how difficult or humilia-

ting the admission may be. Hating all that

is phony or false.
